Asbestos-Free Dewaxed Fiberglass Cloth Heat Treated Waxless Insulation Fabric Welding For Industrial Pipe Boiler Wrapping
The production of hot cleaning fiberglass cloth generally includes the following main steps:
*Raw material preparation: The main raw materials are glass balls or broken glass, as well as other auxiliary materials used to adjust the properties of the glass.
*Melting and Drawing: The raw materials are melted into liquid glass in a high-temperature furnace, and then rapidly drawn into continuous glass fibers with extremely fine diameters through tiny holes on a platinum rhodium alloy plate.
*Wetting agent application: During the drawing process, a chemical coating called "wetting agent" is applied to the surface of the fiber. This layer of coating is crucial for protecting the fibers, enhancing the bonding strength between the fibers and subsequent resin materials.
*Spinning and spinning: Multiple single fiber glass fibers are combined into one strand of raw yarn, and multiple strands of raw yarn are combined into thicker and stronger yarns as needed.
*Weaving: Weaving glass fiber yarn into fabric on a weaving machine according to a set pattern (such as plain weave, diagonal weave).
*Post processing: The woven fabric needs to undergo heat treatment (desizing) to remove the lubricating slurry applied during weaving, and sometimes surface chemical treatment (such as coating with coupling agents) is also carried out according to the purpose to improve its compatibility with materials such as resins.
