Our manufacturing facility is located in Beijing, China, housing a comprehensive production operation across a spacious, well-organized workspace. We operate an integrated manufacturing campus that brings together all key production processes under one roof—from raw material processing to finished product packaging.
Fiber Processing & Twisting: Our production process begins with high-quality fiberglass yarns, which undergo precision twisting and winding to prepare them for weaving. This critical step ensures optimal yarn tension and uniformity, directly impacting the strength and consistency of the final fabric.
Weaving Workshop: Our weaving section is equipped with advanced looms capable of producing a wide range of weaves, including plain, twill, satin, and lenor patterns. We handle glass fiber yarns of various specifications, producing fabrics from lightweight 50 g/m² to heavy-duty 900 g/m² for diverse industrial applications.
Coating & Laminating Lines: Our coating workshop features multiple production lines for silicone coating, PTFE impregnation, aluminum foil lamination, and acrylic pigmented coloring. These versatile lines allow us to apply functional coatings and decorative finishes with precision and consistency across large-volume orders.
Heat Treatment & Calendering: We operate high-temperature heat treatment ovens for thermal desizing (heat cleaning) to achieve LOI as low as 0.1-0.2%, as well as precision calendering equipment for surface compaction and thickness control. These advanced processes ensure our fabrics meet the strict requirements of coating substrates, laminating, and high-performance composite applications.
Quality Control Laboratory: Our in-house QC lab is equipped with testing instruments for tensile strength, thickness measurement, LOI analysis, color fastness, and flame resistance.
Warehousing & Logistics: Our finished goods warehouse maintains optimal storage conditions to protect product quality, while our logistics team coordinates efficient shipping to ports and customers worldwide. With ample storage capacity and streamlined order fulfillment, we ensure timely delivery for both small-batch and bulk orders.
