Laminated aluminum foil fiberglass cloth is a reflective protective material made of a fiberglass cloth base bonded with an aluminum foil layer. It is also known as aluminum foil fiberglass fabric, foil faced fiberglass cloth and reflective foil glass cloth.
Structure: aluminum foil + fiberglass cloth + adhesive laminated into a single sheet. The silver mirror face reflects radiant heat and the glass base resists flame and heat.
Base fabric: E-glass or C-glass woven cloth offers strength, non flammable performance and dimensional stability.
Process: laminated aluminum foil fiberglass cloth uses E-glass/C-glass fiberglass cloth as the base, laminated with an aluminum foil layer to form a silver mirror surface with high reflectivity. It reflects radiant heat and blocks heat transfer, is flat and flexible, easy to cut and fold, weather resistant and does not delaminate, giving a stable and durable structure with heat resistance and waterproof protection.
The laminated sheet is heat resistant, waterproof and flexible, resists oxidation and keeps a clean reflective surface for long term use.
Heat Resistant: stable from -70C to 280C with a flame retardant fiberglass base.
Waterproof And Weather Resistant: the foil facing resists water, moisture, ozone and UV.
Flexible And Conformable: stays soft, rolls and folds smoothly and is easy to cut and fit.
Reflective: over 90% thermal radiation reflectivity reduces heat transfer and surface temperature.
Antioxidant And Anti Microbial: resists oxidation, mold and microbial growth for long service life.
Strong And Tear Resistant: the reinforced lamination resists tearing, abrasion and peeling.
