Aluminum Foil Fiberglass Fabric Fireproof Antioxidant Anti Microbial Laminated
Aluminum foil fiberglass fabric is a laminated reflective material made of a fiberglass cloth base bonded with an aluminum foil layer. It is also called laminated aluminum foil cloth, foil faced fiberglass cloth and aluminized glass cloth.
Structure: aluminum foil + fiberglass cloth + adhesive laminated into one sheet. The silver reflective face resists heat and flame while the glass base gives strength and stability.
Base fabric: E-glass or C-glass woven cloth provides tensile strength, non flammable performance and a durable, stable structure.
Process: aluminum foil fiberglass fabric uses E-glass/C-glass fiberglass cloth as the base, laminated with an aluminum foil layer to form a silver mirror surface with high reflectivity. It reflects radiant heat and blocks heat transfer, is flat and flexible, easy to cut and fold, weather resistant and does not delaminate, giving a fireproof, antioxidant and anti microbial composite.
The laminated sheet resists oxidation, mold and bacteria, keeps a clean reflective surface and provides stable heat reflection with long term durability.
Fireproof And Flame Retardant: the flame retardant glass base and foil facing resist flame spread, sparks and radiant heat.
Antioxidant: the aluminum surface resists oxidation and keeps its reflective finish over time.
Anti Microbial: resists mold and bacterial growth, helping keep the material clean and hygienic.
Reflective: over 90% thermal radiation reflectivity reduces heat transfer and surface temperature.
Heat Resistant: stable from -70C to 280C for high temperature environments.
Waterproof And Moisture Proof: the foil facing is impermeable to water and water vapor.
Strong And Tear Resistant: the reinforced lamination resists tearing, abrasion and peeling.
