Reflective Aluminum Foil Glass Cloth Thermal Insulation Waterproof 0.25mm
Aluminum foil glass cloth is a laminated reflective insulation material made of a fiberglass cloth base bonded with an aluminum foil layer. It is also called reflective foil glass cloth, foil faced fiberglass cloth and aluminized glass fabric.
Structure: aluminum foil + fiberglass cloth + adhesive laminated into one sheet, giving a reflective silver surface that lowers surface temperature and blocks radiant heat.
Base fabric: E-glass or C-glass woven cloth provides strength, waterproof performance, heat resistance and a stable structure that resists delamination.
Process: aluminum foil glass cloth uses E-glass/C-glass fiberglass cloth as the base, laminated with an aluminum foil layer to form a silver mirror surface with high reflectivity. It reflects radiant heat and reduces heat transfer, stays flat and flexible, is easy to cut and fold and does not delaminate, giving a lightweight, waterproof structure with strong thermal insulation.
The thin laminated sheet is lightweight and flexible, resists moisture and oxidation and provides stable reflective thermal insulation.
