Aluminum foil fiberglass cloth is a laminated reflective insulation material made of a fiberglass cloth base bonded with an aluminum foil layer. It is also known as aluminum foil fiberglass fabric, laminated aluminum foil cloth and reflective foil glass cloth.
Structure: aluminum foil + fiberglass cloth + adhesive, laminated into one sheet. The silver mirror surface gives a high reflectivity, so radiant heat is reflected and heat transfer is reduced.
Base fabric: E-glass or C-glass woven cloth offers high strength, dimensional stability, waterproof performance and heat resistance.
Process: aluminum foil fiberglass cloth uses E-glass/C-glass fiberglass cloth as the base, laminated with an aluminum foil layer to form a silver mirror surface with high reflectivity. It reflects radiant heat and blocks heat transfer, is flat and flexible, easy to cut and fold, weather resistant and does not delaminate, giving a stable and durable structure with waterproof heat insulation performance.
The laminated structure stays flat and flexible, resists delamination and oxidation, and provides stable reflective heat insulation with a waterproof, moisture proof surface.
Reflective Heat Insulation: the aluminum foil layer has a reflectivity over 90% for thermal radiation, reducing heat loss and heat transfer.
Waterproof And Moisture Proof: the foil facing is impermeable to water vapor and keeps the surface dry.
Heat Resistant: stable from -70C to 280C with a flame retardant fiberglass base.
Antioxidant And Anti Microbial: the aluminum surface resists oxidation, mold and microbial growth for a long service life.
High Strength: the glass cloth base with reflective foil resists tearing and puncture.
