Product Description

Silicone coated fiberglass fabric is a durable composite sheet formed from a twill woven glass fiber base and a silicone rubber coating. The combination gives a flexible, chemical resistant material with strong abrasion resistance.

Fiberglass base: woven from drawn molten glass filament for high strength, corrosion resistance, non flammability and stable dimensions under pressure and heat.

Silicone coating: the polysiloxane layer is bonded into the glass cloth, closing the weave and giving a smooth, non stick and skin friendly surface.

Process: high strength E-Glass fiberglass yarn is twill woven into a base cloth, then coated with silicone on both sides to form a dense weather resistant layer. The surface is level and flexible, easy to fold and cut, and does not delaminate or chalk after long term use. It will not spread flame on direct fire contact and effectively blocks high temperature radiation and heat conduction.

The fabric is chemical resistant, abrasion resistant and waterproof, with high mechanical strength and stable performance under heat.

Temperature Stability: stable service from -70C to 280C for heated and cooled equipment.

Waterproof And Non Stick: the sealed silicone face repels water, oil and residues and cleans easily.

Electrical Insulation: good dielectric properties suit insulating liners and covers.

Fire Retardant: non flammable base and flame retardant coating for use near heat and sparks.

Customizable: weight, thickness, width, color and cut shapes can be produced to order.
