Silicone coated fiberglass fabric is a flexible thermal insulation material made of twill woven glass fiber cloth with a silicone rubber coating. It is designed where heat insulation and mechanical durability are both required.

Glass base: the twill woven E-Glass cloth provides high tensile strength, dimensional stability and corrosion resistance, so the sheet holds its shape under heat and stress.

Silicone surface: the silicone coating seals the weave, adds water and oil resistance and keeps the fabric soft and anti-tear through repeated handling.

Process: high strength E-Glass fiberglass yarn is twill woven into a base cloth, then coated with silicone on both sides to form a dense weather resistant layer. The surface is level and flexible, easy to fold and cut, and does not delaminate or chalk after long term use. It will not spread flame on direct fire contact and effectively blocks high temperature radiation and heat conduction.

The material offers high thermal insulation, anti-tear strength and flexibility, with chemical resistance and fire retardant performance.
