1. Dyeing treatment: During or after the weaving process of glass fiber cloth, use specially screened dyes that can bond well with glass fiber and subsequent coatings to dye it as a whole. This gives the glass fiber cloth a uniform and long-lasting color, breaking through the limitations of its monotonous color.
2. Acrylic coating impregnation: Soak the dyed glass fiber cloth in a prepared acrylic resin solution to fully penetrate every gap of the fiber bundle.
3. Drying and curing: The impregnated fabric is dried through a specific heating and drying channel to evaporate the solvent, and the acrylic resin is cured and formed on the fiber surface and interlacing points. This process will form a continuous, dense, transparent or semi transparent acrylic polymer film on the surface of the glass fiber.
