Fiberglass fire-resistant cloth is a fire-resistant material made from fiberglass as the base material and processed through special techniques. Its core component is a composite structure of glass fiber layer and adhesive fiber layer, which is processed by coating to form a multi-layer protective system. The fire resistance temperature can reach over 2000 ℃, and the heat resistance temperature can reach 1800 ℃.
This material has characteristics such as non flammability, high temperature resistance, flame retardancy, and acid and alkali resistance. Its long-term use temperature range is -70 ℃~1200 ℃, and it has high tensile strength (1000-4000MPa) and bending strength (2000-5000MPa). Widely used in fields such as welding protection, shipbuilding, thermal insulation of petrochemical equipment, decoration of fireproof rolling shutters, cable fire prevention, and construction isolation fabrics, and has applications in metallurgy, aerospace, power, construction, and other industries. The product is woven using a shuttleless loom and undergoes processes such as coloring, baking, and shaping. It supports customized production and includes three weaving patterns: twill, satin, and plain weave. Colors and thicknesses are available for selection.
