Aluminum foil composite glass fiber cloth is a multi-layer flame-retardant material made of glass fiber cloth as the substrate and coated with aluminum through composite technology. It is also known as aluminum film composite cloth, aluminum foil glass fiber cloth, aluminum foil woven cloth, glass fiber aluminum foil cloth, and adhesive aluminum foil cloth. The product includes a waterproof layer, a reinforcement layer, a fiberglass layer, an aluminum foil layer, and a heat dissipation layer. It uses metal wires arranged in a cross pattern to enhance its cutting resistance. It has the characteristics of a thermal radiation reflectivity of about 90%, a temperature resistance of up to 260 ℃, good moisture resistance, a tensile strength of 8000 × 6000N/5cm, a soft texture, and a stable composite layer structure

Excellent insulation and heat reflection: The aluminum foil layer has a reflectivity of over 90% for far-infrared thermal radiation, significantly reducing heat conduction and suitable for insulation and heat preservation scenarios.
High temperature resistance and flame retardancy: Glass fiber substrate can withstand temperatures up to -196 ℃ to 300 ℃ (some products can reach 500-600 ℃), complying with GB8624 A1 or DIN4102 A1 non combustible standards, and self extinguishing upon ignition.
High strength and flexibility are combined: the longitudinal and transverse tensile strength can reach 8000 × 6000 N/5cm, the texture is firm and not easy to tear, while maintaining a certain degree of flexibility for easy construction.
Good moisture resistance and sealing: The aluminum foil layer achieves near zero water vapor permeability, making it impermeable and non breathable, effectively blocking moisture and protecting the core material (such as rock wool and glass wool).
Strong corrosion resistance and weather resistance: treated with anti-corrosion coating or polyethylene hot air composite process, resistant to acid and alkali, mold and suitable for humid, industrial or outdoor environments.
Lightweight and easy to construct: The thickness is usually 0.25-3.0 mm, and the weight is 75-2000 g/m ². It can be cut and bonded, and is commonly used for air duct wrapping, pipeline insulation, equipment protection, etc.
