Product Description

 

Laminated process (for sheet metal):

Soak the glass fiber cloth evenly in the resin adhesive solution.
After high-temperature baking, the resin enters a semi cured state (B stage).
After multiple layers are stacked, they are laminated and cured under precisely controlled temperature and pressure. The pressure should be moderate to ensure that the resin flows fully to fill the gaps and eliminate bubbles, while avoiding glass fiber displacement or internal stress concentration.

 

Suitable for the electronic and electrical industry: Copper clad laminates (CCL), printed circuit boards (PCB), insulation sleeves, transformer partitions, and switchgear components. Electronic grade fiberglass cloth requires ultra-thin, high flatness, and low dielectric constant.
New energy and transportation: wind turbine blades, automotive body components, train interior parts, ship hulls. Utilize its high strength and fatigue tolerance.
Architecture and building materials: anti-corrosion pipelines, storage tanks, roof lighting tiles, decorative panels. Utilize its corrosion resistance and lightweight high-strength properties.
Special protection: fire-resistant clothing, fire-resistant gloves, insulation blanket, spacecraft insulation layer. Utilize its non combustible and high-temperature resistance properties.

 

 

Features

 

High strength and high modulus: Glass fiber provides excellent tensile, bending, and impact strength, is lightweight but has strong load-bearing capacity, and has a much higher specific strength than ordinary metals.


Excellent dimensional stability: small coefficient of thermal expansion, not easily deformed under heat, low shrinkage rate (usually less than 2%), able to maintain structural accuracy.


Good electrical insulation: Both resin and fiberglass are excellent insulators with stable dielectric properties, widely used in PCB substrates and electrical insulation components.


Chemical corrosion resistance and weather resistance: It has strong resistance to acid, alkali, salt, and humid environments, does not absorb moisture, does not rust, and some formulations have UV aging resistance.


Flame retardant and heat-resistant: Most systems (such as epoxy and phenolic) have self extinguishing properties (UL94 V-0 level), and the heat-resistant level can reach F level (155 ℃) or even higher, depending on the resin type. ‌‌

Proofing is usually 3-5 working days. If the order reach or exceed behind MOQ quantity, proofing fee refunded. If not reached behind MOQ quantity, proofing fee will be taken by you.

The freight depends on weight, packing size and your country or province region, etc.
