Fireproof Heat Resistant Fibreglass Textile Woven Wallcovering / Wallpaper Fabric Rolls for Interior Wall Decoration
The preparation of fiberglass wall cloth involves steps such as raw material preparation, high-temperature melt drawing, and textile processing. The raw materials are taken from natural quartz sand, soda, lime, dolomite, etc. These raw materials melt and are pulled into fibers at high temperatures of up to 1200 ℃. The fibers are then processed into fiberglass wall coverings through textile processing.
Fiberglass wall coverings require the use of specialized adhesives and coatings, preferably provided by manufacturers for laying and painting services or operated by professional workers. The construction process requires strict control over each step to ensure a good bond between the fabric and the coating. Some users can also choose to construct on their own, but they need to pay attention to the complexity of the process and quality control. Before construction, it is necessary to ensure that the base layer is flat and free of floating dust, and appropriate bottom sealing treatment should be carried out. The general construction process includes scraping putty, brushing base film, rolling glue (preferably specialized starch glue), applying cloth, and brushing topcoat. Due to the different effects of wall coverings that need to be combined with coatings to be visible, their final appearance is also determined by the color and texture of the selected coatings.
Excellent insulation and heat reflection: The aluminum foil layer has a reflectivity of over 90% for far-infrared thermal radiation, significantly reducing heat conduction and suitable for insulation and heat preservation scenarios.
High temperature resistance and flame retardancy: Glass fiber substrate can withstand temperatures up to -196 ℃ to 300 ℃ (some products can reach 500-600 ℃), complying with GB8624 A1 or DIN4102 A1 non combustible standards, and self extinguishing upon ignition.
High strength and flexibility are combined: the longitudinal and transverse tensile strength can reach 8000 × 6000 N/5cm, the texture is firm and not easy to tear, while maintaining a certain degree of flexibility for easy construction.
Good moisture resistance and sealing: The aluminum foil layer achieves near zero water vapor permeability, making it impermeable and non breathable, effectively blocking moisture and protecting the core material (such as rock wool and glass wool).
Strong corrosion resistance and weather resistance: treated with anti-corrosion coating or polyethylene hot air composite process, resistant to acid and alkali, mold and suitable for humid, industrial or outdoor environments.
Lightweight and easy to construct: The thickness is usually 0.25-3.0 mm, and the weight is 75-2000 g/m ². It can be cut and bonded, and is commonly used for air duct wrapping, pipeline insulation, equipment protection, etc.
