Smoke blocking cloth type smoke blocking hanging wall fireproof curtain is made of glass fiber cloth as the base fabric, produced by coating or rolling. It is made of high temperature resistant, anti-corrosion, and high-strength glass fiber cloth, which is rolled or impregnated with organic silicon rubber. It is a high-performance and multi-purpose composite material new product.

From the perspective of coating surface, there are two types of silicone tape: single-sided silicone tape and double-sided silicone tape. In terms of application characteristics, single-sided and double-sided silicone tape are basically similar. Single sided silicone tape is mainly used in some special environments where double-sided silicone is not required to save related costs, such as making shoe materials and only requiring single-sided chemical corrosion resistance during packaging (such as sauna rooms).

There are two types of silicone adhesive tape: room temperature cured silicone tape and high temperature cured silicone tape.

Differences: Different temperature ranges, curing strengths, and combustion behaviors (high temperature curing is smoke-free, odorless, quickly extinguished, and ashes turn white), as well as different service lives.

Features

High mechanical strength and flexibility: retaining the high tensile strength of glass fiber (with a fracture strength of over 1500N/50mm), while possessing the flexibility and toughness of rubber, it can be cut and bent freely without breaking.

Excellent insulation performance: It has a high electrical insulation level, with a breakdown voltage of 20-50kV/mm and a stable dielectric constant (3-3.2), suitable for high-voltage electrical environments.

Aging and weather resistance: resistant to ozone, ultraviolet radiation, and weather aging, with a field service life of over 10 years; Surface oil resistant, waterproof, and washable.

Chemical corrosion resistance: It has good resistance to various acids, bases, and chemical media, suitable as a pipeline anti-corrosion layer, but not suitable for applications containing SO ₂ flue gas.

Fireproof and flame retardant: The substrate itself is non flammable, and the coating has flame retardant properties. It is commonly used in the production of safety facilities such as fireproof curtains and fire isolation curtains. ‌‌
