Silicone is made by high-temperature vulcanization, which has the functions of acid and alkali resistance, wear resistance, high and low temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance. It is a type of silicone tube used in chemical factories, refineries, ports, industrial hot water and steam transportation, automobiles, medical, diving, food and other industries, especially a multi-layer high-pressure silicone tube made of high-quality silicone rubber that can withstand high pressure.


The multi-layer high-pressure resistant silicone hose is composed of an inner adhesive layer, a fiber woven reinforcement layer, and an outer adhesive layer. The inner adhesive layer is the inner layer, and the outer surface of the inner adhesive layer is wrapped with a fiber woven reinforcement layer. The outer surface of the fiber woven reinforcement layer is wrapped with an outer adhesive layer.


Rubber hoses made of silicone cloth have the advantages of long service life and high pressure resistance. They can withstand pressures of 1MPa-10MPa, which is 3-5 times longer than the service life of ordinary high-pressure rubber hoses; It has obvious environmental advantages.


Silicone tape is produced by coating or rolling glass fiber cloth as the base fabric. It is a high-performance, multi-purpose composite material new product made by rolling or impregnating high temperature resistant, anti-corrosion, and high-strength glass fiber cloth with organic silicone rubber.

 

 

Features

 

Wide temperature range stability: It can be used stably for a long time in an environment of -70 ℃ to 280 ℃. Some high-temperature curing models have higher short-term temperature tolerance and excellent insulation performance.


High mechanical strength and flexibility: retaining the high tensile strength of glass fiber (with a fracture strength of over 1500N/50mm), while possessing the flexibility and toughness of rubber, it can be cut and bent freely without breaking.


Excellent insulation performance: It has a high electrical insulation level, with a breakdown voltage of 20-50kV/mm and a stable dielectric constant (3-3.2), suitable for high-voltage electrical environments.

 

Chemical corrosion resistance: It has good resistance to various acids, bases, and chemical media, suitable as a pipeline anti-corrosion layer, but not suitable for applications containing SO ₂ flue gas.


Fireproof and flame retardant: The substrate itself is non flammable, and the coating has flame retardant properties. It is commonly used in the production of safety facilities such as fireproof curtains and fire isolation curtains. ‌‌
